The service

ZynMesh makes 3D models from what you send: photos, words, drawings, floor plans, photos of a home, or an area of the map. It is provided by Swiss Logistics Consulting GmbH (“we”) to people we invite.

Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us at urs@swissdigitalsolutions.com if you think someone else has used your account. Each account has limits on how many models it can make; we set them and may change them. We may switch off an account that breaks these terms.

What you send

Only send what you have the right to use. Don’t send anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else’s rights, or photos of people who haven’t agreed to it.

What you make

You may use the models you make, within the licences of the models and data that made them, which are listed on credits and licences. You are responsible for how you use them. A model is made automatically: check it before relying on it, especially a part’s dimensions.

Availability

We work to keep ZynMesh running well, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it is always available or free of faults. We may change or end it, and will tell you before an end that affects your models.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for loss of data. Download what you want to keep.

Changes and law

We may change these terms and will tell you of changes that matter. Swiss law applies.
